Fraser Forster’s clean sheet streak may have been ended in Tuesdays 2-1 defeat against Aberdeen, but his chances at making the world cup squad don’t seem to have been hampered.

The keeper has seen one other national cap when he started in a November 2-0 defeat to Chile at Wembley.

Forster joined Alan Thompson as the only Celtic players to cap for England while under contract at Celtic.

Forster will be at Wembley again on Wednesday as The Three Lions take on Denmark.

The friendly will be the last fixture before Roy Hodgson names the provisional World Cup squad. Forster will join Manchester City’s Joe Hart, and West Brom’s Ben Foster as the keepers on the roster for the friendly.
